• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without permission
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code

• All content, challenges, and materials on the Platform are our intellectual property
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• User-generated content (profiles, comments) remains yours, but you grant us license to display it
• Trademarks, logos, and branding are protected and cannot be used without authorization

• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of events/tests
• Certificates are non-transferable and personal to the recipient
• Fraudulent attempts to obtain certificates will result in account termination
• We reserve the right to revoke certificates issued in error or through fraud

• Clan leaders are responsible for their clan's conduct
• Clan names and content must not violate our community guidelines
• We reserve the right to remove clans that violate these terms
• Clan rankings and points are subject to our anti-cheat policies

The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Platform
• We do not guarantee specific rankings, points, or achievements
• External links and third-party services are not our responsibility

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• Violations of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or malicious activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• At our sole discretion with or without cause

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration or court proceedings as a last resort
